August 4, 2011 by Rob Powell
A new boutique hotel in Stamford, Lincolnshire, has got the go-ahead from councillors.
South Kesteven District Council’s Development Control Committee granted listed building consent for the development at 4 St Mary’s Place, Stamford.
The Grade-II listed Georgian town house close to the medieval heart of Stamford, opposite Grade-I listed St Mary’s Church, will be converted to a 9-bedroom boutique hotel with 66-cover restaurant.
The applicant by the scheme is Agellus Hotels.
