Five star boutique hotel in Brighton up for sale

A FIVE star boutique hotel in trendy Brighton has gone on the market.

Grade II listed Kemp Townhouse is a mid-terrace property in Atlingworth St in the Kemptown area of the city.

Located close to the sea front with eleven guest rooms, a bar and guest lounge, Kemp Townhouse is Brighton’s only five star boutique hotel.

Andrew Moore, Director at Christie & Co who is handling the sale commented, “Kemp Townhouse presents a fantastic opportunity for an operator to acquire an award-winning and successful guest house in a fabulous location.

“Just a short walk from Brighton Pier, it is popular with both domestic and overseas tourists and has lots of potential to develop its current offering.”

An asking price of £1.250m is being sought for the freehold.
